It said it would be fun on the TV.
I only did what they had said
They promised it wouldn't go to my head
It must have been that catchy jingle
Oh my head is starting to tingle
Stopping at one just didn't seem right
It tastes so yummy...oh what a delight !
Surely I wasn't meant to stop at one
Your accusing glares are bringing me undone
My inhibitions now being let loose
Wow...I think it must have been the juice
Yes that's it...I must agree

this reminds me of the drink "bloody mary" for a few reasons. 1. people yell at each other 2. inhibitions are awry when not sober. congrats on the honorable mention

Holy moly, I'm sending you to the outpatient treatment program! You know they advertise that on TV so they can get more people into the treatment programs and make more money. It's all a big cycle... inspire people to do things they shouldn't (and charge them for it), then when they get into trouble help them out (and charge them for it). This applies to all things, buying things on credit, eating too much, drinking too much, etc, etc...

this was a wonderful take on the prompt and it was very provoking and got me thinking. im sure many people can relate to the feelings. i loved the ideas displayed in it and i thought you did really well with the prompt especially seen as it was quite tricky. a wonderful write well done and best of luck
