When I think about cutting I think of my past of self harm. When I was doing it I realized "why am I doing this? I have so much to live for." So I stopped and thought of what I had to live for. I could give you a list but that is for me to know. So the only advice I can give you is take 1 day off from cutting and sit down and write a list of all things you have to look forward to. Another word set goals for yourself. They don't have to be big goals. The could be little ones like keeping loved ones close. Or you could make a deal with yourself. Every morning when you wake up write a list of things, that make you happy, that you can do to keep you busy. Yes, I can't lie, I still have thoughts of suicide. When I get those thoughts I think of my girlfriend and my daughter, and what my father would think of it. That is when I put the knife away, and go on with this thing they call life. To make a long story short. Do what you want. Just think of the ones who love you.
Please tell me what you think

this was good. i did that once. write a list of good things and bad. cutting ended up on both sides. interestinggg. but, sometimes, you can't stay alive just for the ones you want. sometimes its more of what you want. sometimes, you just can't live another day.
