She dumped me cause she
found a better man.
I did everything for her
I even quit my lifes work for her.
I gave her everything in me
even sold my grandfathers clock
so she could be happy.
I loved that old clock
it was the only thing I
ever had.
She told me that she loved me
and would never leave me.
She did,
she let me go.
I can't belive I let her
come back to me.
I'm just a sucker in love
no matter how much I hate her.
I love her so much
so I thought I'd give her a second chance.
I am still waiting for her to hurt me
still waiting for her to leave.
I can tell you one thing
no matter how small it is
there is still hope.
It may not be much
but it is still there.
Believe me when I say that.

It's a good poem but I've learned from experience that you should never give anyone a second chance. She'll kill you with your decision in the end. This is a fair warning so I hope you rethink your decision.
