Today I'm going to use my....BRAIN!!!!!
I got my back pack and I'm going to school.
When I got there I was hearing a lot of voices.
When I got to math class I could still hear the voices.
I asked the person next to me if he heard it too.
He said no. And than I heard "What a wierd kid".
"Hey I heard that", I said in anger.
"I didn't say any thing", the boy said.
I could hear the voices again.
I asked the teacher what was happening.
She looked at me in a wierd way.
"I hear nothing, now get to work!" she said.
What was going on?
When I went to English the same thing happened!
So when I went to lunch and I heard a girl next to me call me a dork.
"Hey, I heard that," I said.
"Heard what?," she asked.
"You called me a dork"
"I did not say that!" she shouted. "I thought it."
Then she looked at me.
Now I know what was happening.
I didn't want to use my brain that way!

HAHAHA!!! I am smiling and thinking that you are a fan of fantasy and science fiction and all that kind of thing! A fine poem, well done and I totally get the reading minds, although at first I thought he might be hearing voices and be in need of medication.
