,Original' makeup and ,interesting' hair,
{{the kind of girls that used to scare them
as they crossed the road, clinging tight to mommy's hand}}
Haunting sordid street corners, stare intensely into eyes of passers by,
... they puff away their life in faded smoke rings
Author notes
i often hear people kind of like this refered to around the phrase 'you know the type', and then the person goes on to decribe them in a completely stereotypcial way. its sad how people can change so much.

Love it! And authors comments adds effect. But did you mean change as in peoples judgements change, because changing is a part of growing.
But none-the-less, I love this piece.

Thanks for entering, much luck. -
