Fill my cup with feathered comfort,
world has sipped
my soul to sigh in wishes,
less wild to fly,
and now I need
what you can give,
passion's splash,
recreating
noodle curving softer reflection
to offering nourishment
in angelic confection.

"my soul to sigh in wishes,

Another lovely penning from your talented quill, dear Scribe...Indeed, you feed us all your feathered solace...methinks you must have wings yourself, my Friend...Good luck in Lynda's contest, Sweetie...

What a beautiful picture you have painted here. It is simple magic! I have to agree with many of the other comments! Beautiful!!!! Best of luck to you in this contest my friend!

-
What an interesting title you have here. Somehow it reminds me of an Afrikaans song "daars 'n engel op Tafelberg" which means "there's an angel on Table Mountain". Soup is nourishment and when served with or by an angel one does indeed have a cup of softness.
