Life flows.
Like the waterfall,
seeking the path of least resistance.
"Don't make waves," we are told.
Seek the path of ease,
through the turmoil in our life.
"Boiling like the rapids under a waterfall."
Churning, never at ease, never at peace.
Always flowing within it's boundaries,
forever seeking solace.

An awe inspiring write, here. Very short but cleverly placed. Yes, we are often taught values like this, many based on proverbs and idioms, but really when things come into practise they aren't quite as simple as others [especially our elders] make us feel. Very well penned, with intense vocabulary and utmost moving.

A path of least resistance is not always the wisest path to take. Often times on finds themself unsatisfied by such actions and a undertow of emotions pulls them under. Wonderfully unique and very creative. Thank you for entering and good luck!
