It seems to begin
from the moment of conception,
a bombardment of notions
from every direction.
Television replaces
the parents at times,
often twisting young thoughts
and warping their minds.
How many times
can they watch and perceive
the taking of lives
and promiscuous deeds
before they decide.
this is part of the norm?
An erosion of morals
than can only do harm.
There's nothing wrong with
brief moments of tv
settling in for a time
setting thoughts free,
it's only when we cross
that thinning grey line,
between fun and addiction
when problems arise.
My advice turn it off
take your children outside,
read a book, fly a kite
or just go for a ride.
Because time passes quickly,
too quickly it seems,
and kids deserve better
than media dreams.

this was amazing because it was true.
children today are infested with television computer games, magazines, the internet ect.
and shamefull some parents allow there child to watch and look at anything so that the child eventually grows up thinking that this is rigt and that it is a norm of society.
i loved the write it flowed wonderfully whilst also holding a strong message.
well done and best ofluck
