Troubled images flood my mind
As calm and panic become entwined
Then through my blurry eyes I see
The tools I need to set me free
Beckoning me to write one line
To fill my head of thoughts benign
The words start flowing, a poem evolves
And just as quick my pain dissolves.

A very simple and yet profound write that so many of us can relate to. I liked the whole poem as a package, neat, to the point and so true to life.

Not just because you liked my A Leaf Falls! Yeah, I enjoyed this because it is is just so true and it resonates for writers of whatever persuasion. Splendid, thanks so much for sharing this piece.
