The Reflection of the midnight sky
Shining bold and bright upon the shallow pond.
The moons shines true and stars are twinkling
Like god is winking down to me.
Wanting to take a photograph
Yet theres no camera to be found,
So I will lock it in my memories.
For all those times I am down and low
I will pull that memory from the back of my mind,
Placing that beautiful scene in my head
Helps get me through the bad.
Oh how I love to go back to that place,
Where the reflection of the mindnight sky
Is shining bold and bright upon the shallow pond.
