Just One Moment
Just one moment to remember
Just one moment to recall
Just one moment to pray
Pray for them all.
Just one moment to remember the sacrifice
Of our boys over there
Just one moment to take in
How much people really care.
Just one moment to feel
The heartache that befell us
On the fateful day
That so many were lost.
They never had a chance
They never had a hope
And all you do is laugh,
During that just one moment
To remember,
To recall,
To pray,
For them all.

We all need just that one moment to think about our past don't we? i think this was another beautiful poem with a gazillion repetitions of "just one moment" but it was well suited for this poem! >.< keep writing kays!

Good
You did really good here, but you do relize that it would have been a good idea to enter one I haven't already commented on though...oh well...you still did good and you still get into the finalists oh and you get the clappies you didn't get on the last comment -
You had a major point here, but I'm afraid that no one really cares which is pathic, because after all that they give for us, the least that we can give is a moment of our time...KUDOS..............love you cuz

Have no idea who might have written this one but thanks for taking the time to enter. Praying for and remembering those who serve is very important.
Best of luck in the contest.
