And the morning star shines brighter than before,
pulling me,
guiding me,
through glorious gates of redemption and liberation.
Paradise.
I inhale the sweet pure air of uncontaminated breath.
This realm,
the paragon of perfection.
Where Hun talks with Jew,
Israelite walks with Arab,
victim befriends persecutor,
together in harmony and love and
clothed in the pure white robes of righteousness.
Heaven.
A new dimension in time and space,
far beyond earthly imagination,
beyond the barrier of sin that separates us from God.
A euphoria of resplendent light
a full spectrum of colour,
gleaming from its jeweled foundation,
infiltrating each repentant heart,
regardless of creed, colour or denomination,
for this is Nirvana,
and I am home.

Very nice poem. The way I understood it sin made us more like god but then again i'm not very well versed.

Resplendent!
Very much of light and unhurried movement. I found things to reflect upon from being drawn in the beginning toward purity and freshness. The line * i inhale the sweet pure air of uncontaminated breath" fascinated me. I love that expression.
The anomosities are 'cleansed' from our being (that is truly something to long for). What gave me most pause for thought (every reader will be different) was the location ("a new dimension in time and space")
Our inherent nature is for good, but sin separates us from God. This place is our rest from a sojourn in a sin ladden world.
I enjoyed your perception and found it full of light. Appreciate very much your sharing this and am certain others have and will also. Jadon
