Immortal Passion

tear drops from the celestial sphere
lightning floods the midnight sky
thunder invades the once placid earth.

i gaze into the maddened sky
allowing the chaos to engulf my every thought
smiling as the whipping wind wipes our tears dry.

at one with thirteen.
interruptions. distractions. interruptions.
i return to you in disguise as a mortal being.

you reach for my hand
caressing it with your own
coaxing me to be your one-night stand.

i allow you to hold
i allow you to touch.
alas, my heart is cold.

you know not of my power
nor of my past
never, you shall - to no one i cower.

i will not allow you to see
i will not allow you to know
my secret - so safe with me.

you urgently kiss my lips
and tenderly nuzzle my neck
sighing in rhythm of my hips.

i leave you wanting more
aching for my seductive touch.
you search to the depths of earth's core.

now reunited with those of darkness
engulfed with immortal souls
chuckling at sins confessed.

tear drops fall from the celestial sphere
lightning floods the midnight sky
thunder invades the once placid earth.

praise us.
praise immortality.
praise darkness.
