The Forlorn Love Song
w. peter Sanci July 14 /2007
I dedicate this poem to my beautiful wife leni. Who has stuck by me in the
Good times and the bad. Leni I love you
With all of my heart.
My heart reaches out to you
But you hear me not.
For you alone I live,
But you don’t even know I exist.
My song in my heart has ceased.
It’s rhyme has been silenced.
For it no longer needs to sing.
It no longer has purpose.
You see me yet, you look through me.
Hear me speak, yet you do not hear my words.
My life has become dry,
My life had stopped.
Life’s brings people together,
Close for a time, then far apart.
We were close for that magic moment,
Now we are so far apart, I cry.

I loved it and it was good, but nope didn't make me cry
Sorry =] Loved this stanza: 'My song in my heart has ceased.
It’s rhyme has been silenced.
For it no longer needs to sing.
It no longer has purpose. '
Very good work, and best of luck
