path your way

If the world could bow at your feet,
treetops would sing,
willows would sway,
and rose petals would path your way.

If the world admired you,
waves would crash at your feet,
the sun would light your day,
and rose petals would path your way.

If the world could look up to you,
the rainforests would breathe your air,
all women before you would lay,
and rose petals would path your way.

And if i was the one you truly loved,
nothing would matter to me,
only that your with me today,
as i know love will path your way.

this was a really beautiful write kez it really is, i love the repeated line all the way to the last stanza where it was changed perfectly to match the stanza, its just so amazing i really enjoyed reading this. it has a really good flow throughout it and the idea of the rhyming couplet at the end of each stanza is really good, there is a very strong image created which i really enjoyed and it actually reminds me of joseph and his technicoloured deamcoat and the dream he had about the wheat bowing to him its amazing such a great image to have in the readers mind well done
