No Words

Speechless
Emotionless
Everything is stopped.
The world still goes around me
But the tranquil world has stopped.
Harmony has filled my soul
Filling me with peace within
I want to write it all down
But no words are enough
To show the true extent of this world

Author notes

I wrote this as I was sitting on a rock looking around at the mountains. This was the most amazing place that I have ever visited. I just wanted to write it all down so everyone would be able to experiance at least some part of it, but there is no words that could truelly capture the amazingness of it.

    this is beautiful

    and the way you managed to poetically describe the beauty of this world, and the area you were looking, to such an extent. Just this short poem says so much, and makes the reader feel so much. I must say, you are quite the poet.

    it's interesting. u kind of get a picture of the awesomness of the landscape and what it felt to you at the time in this poem. i can only imgaine how beautiful it was.
