That moment at night,
When i lie in my bed,
One feeling alone washes over me,
The feeling of exhaustion,
My body shutting down,
Thinking of my day,
With rollercoaster emotions,
Thats left me cold and numb,
The moments when i'm happy,
Climbing up the walls,
Random conversations,
Hugging and not letting go,
Seconds later,
Pushing you away,
Angry conversations,
Depressed in the corner,
Dark thoughts my only comfort,
To go right back up again,
Knowing soon,
I'll come shooting down

so very truthful sophie. i know loads of people get like this. some more than others. but what goes up must come down. but with the help of friends and those around. done forget im always here to listen if you just wanna chat and rant
