Guide to the City of The Undead.

Below the top soil of the earth, Lies the things that are unwanted, Decaying below us forevermore, The Dead things play and mate, Creating a world of the dead, Is the macabre undead. Once one travels the tunnels and finds their way here, one must stop and gaze upon the ghoulish figures as they dance and greet you. Now don't be scared about the flesh the drips off from their faces, or the bones that protrude from the skin, the first few streets of the city of the dead are usually the full of happiness and Glee. Once you reach the third right on your left you will see a undead eatery, you must stop and try out their famous  Skin flake teas, they are by far the best teas one could taste.

Now then, moving past the main part of the city you will see several signs, one will point you towards a darker part of town while the other will point you towards the lighter part. Now don't be fooled by first appearences, the lighter part is surly where you would 'Think' to go to find something better, However it is not; if you take the Lighter path you are bound to run into a Ghoulish figure that has various body parts sown to it. If you meet this being you could try to run...but one of it's eight arms is bound to get you, once that happens you will be the main ingredient in his special Headcheese.

Now if you take the darker pathway then you are sure to possible maybe live. If you are good at seeing in the dark or happened to pick up a pair of Night Vision eyes, yes real eyes, at a gift shop along the way, you will be able to see the Ghouls that are known to tear people apart and use them for food or decorative items, which by the way you can pick up in the local gift shop and or spare parts place. The ghouls here are easily noticed, they have long fingers that have a slendour and razor point to the bone that protrudes from their tips, these are used to take out the eyes, cut organs, the normal thing. They can be noticed due to the large bug like eyes, these are misshapen due to the lack of light that enters this part of town, they also have a natural Night vision, so I don't suggest hiding anywhere from them, not only the eyes but they have a keen sense of smell and hearing. Now don't get them wrong, it's not like they are mean creatures it is just their way of making an honest living.

Now as we move futher into the darkness, there will be a red luminescent glow coming from the shack like house by the flowing river of garbage and filth. The house, though it looks to be a small shack, is infact a house for Witchcraft and Deamon summoning. If you dare knock on the door, you had better be perpared to pay an offering of one simple thing, a human heart. This is easy to obtain, you can cut your own out, or if you have traveled down here with a party, you can offer your least favorite person. Either way, you are not getting in with out a dead person on your hands.

Once inside this building, you will notice the blood symbols on the walls and floor, these are summoning symbols from the Necronomicon, Do not touch any of them, less you be faced with a fate worse than death. The darkness that fills the room is nothing to worry about, if your a ghoul that is. If your still breathing or are not a supernatural being, you will need to flee form the building at once. That darkness is that of black magic, and if you get caught in it, you will become one more offering to the old gods that linger beyond time and space.

But if you and your party didn't go to the building, but instead continued down the darkness further, well then you will soon come upon a building you may think is safe to hide in. A large chapel is erected in the center of the blackness, it's rotting doors and stone steps are not all that should make you avoid this place at all costs, if one were to look inside, you could see the hooded figures offering small children to Ghouls. The Ghouls then use their slendour fingers, to call the child towards it. The view before you will be horrible, should you stay and watch it. This church is erected in honor of the Old Ones yet it has been over run by the Ghouls and Deamons.

Ghouls are known for their raids in local grave yards, but what most don't know is that they are also prone to stealing children. The graveyards hide large openings in crypts where the Ghouls climb out from. If you travel in the upperland and go down several decerpit roads, you will find small shambles of houses that are standing through a time when pirates and smugglers used underground tunnels to hide their goods. The tunnels lead to huge wells under the houses, loacated in the basement. These wells are also used by the Ghouls as an access tunnel, though they can only get through ones that are uncovered.

This one is not done but tell me what you think so far.

I love the macabre and morbid humor of this piece! It's dark and twisted (just like me) and it makes me laugh and smile! This sounds like an honest to goodness account some tourist would write about a place they visited, telling about good spots and such... only this one is for dark places we scarce can think about. Where did you come up with the idea to write this? because this whole thing just fucking rocks and kicks ass.

I especially like the way this starts out "the dead things play and mate" now there's a mind boggling piece of imagery! Can the dead also procreate? Too gruesome to contemplate, I love it! You have found a good balance by alternating between the repulsive and blasphemous comic aspects. Ooooh! Children are an extremely delicate subject, better try a little evil levity after that one!
So far, very Very VERY good! Kudos!

How perfectly irreverent! I love this! It comes across like a cheeky, cheerful cruise director talking about the different sights on a Caribbean island. Too funny. Can't wait to view the finished product.

Uber-creepy! I loved it. You have truly focused on the ways of ghouls, and such dedication shall be awarded.

I name you, for this group, Richard Upton Pickman, King of the Ghouls!

And this moment shall mark the mythos naming of all our officers.
