Deep inside collapsing walls
I sit in the swirling of the frenzied wind
In the silence I hear it call
It takes a stand forever intertwines
How far will it go
In it’s search to find my soul
Just how deep will it blow
Forever striving for its goal
I hear the horror of the storm
That rages in the depths of me
I feel the fear transformed
As my life becomes debris
Silence the winds now reassure
My life falls into place
For a time I was unsure
Saved by God’s sweet grace

Very well done! Very descriptive and emotional. Not knowing and just waiting has to be terrible. Thnk you for entering and good luck.

GOOD JOB
I like how you show how God is the one to turn to. Good rhyme scheme. Very Powerful -
I like this, the meaning, the picture...it just seems to fit on so many levels. Self analyzation of the storms within the heart. The strength of waiting it out and being saved by God's grace. Truly beautiful. Best of luck in the contest
