There’s a fountain lake
Where all the new towns lay
Beneath the cloudy day
On top of rippling waves
And they will sail those skies
And on those swells they’ll fly
And when the clouds disperse
Sunlight will shine on the Earth
And there’s a grassy hill
One side was beautiful
Then black went all the blades
When we crossed to the shade.
Whenever sun does shine
On all our faces’ lines
Those rays will make us kind
Those rays will make us mind
Eachother.
Yet in her
There’s a burn.
In mothers
Something’s cured
Love is stirred
In brothers
Something turns
Love is learned.
In lovers
Something churns
Love’s dispersed
I’m in love with love.
And there’s a chip in this
poem that I might have missed
For I am in so in bliss
That I would not notice
Even one mistake
In the love I create.
And there’s a voice in me
Yelling repeatedly
John take me as one
For I am your true son.
I’m in love with love.
