The War

I'm so tired of the war,
When will our life begin to soar.



Will this war ever end?
Is that to hard to comprehend.



In and out of the war our soldiers go,
I'm tired watching the news and seeing the blood flow.



Why does some of media fill up our minds with lies,
everyone is tired seeing who's loved ones dies.



I'm so tired of the war,
what I hear on T.V makes my heart sore.


So many want their loved ones home,
So no longer their hearts have to roam.



When can we all live free,
Where is the love for our county.


When will everyone be safly home?

    I hate all wars

    But hateing them and knowing the puerpose of sending the young men over there is to keep the destruction there and not let it build anymore and come to our home land . Thats why our young men and women go to protect you and me from seeing what they have to see for the land of the free .

    Imagine how we feel here

    Now ask yourself what the soldiers feel that are there and see such hate about them and in his whisper home
    you will hear the soldiers say . I see the dangers that I will never let come into our country .I am here to see that you are safe and free . If you could see what I see you couldnt walk away knowing they could follow you home. People dont understand that in a war on terror they are truly sick people that have faught forever in their country and they see not the age of the warriors but the gain of that child can bring them so for them they truly have no regards for human life they see only gain .

    I like this poem and in a sense I agree with you. I like the way that it sounds. I think that if we pull out of war know then they will target the US. In a way they deserve their men and women soldiers to die because look at all the people that they had killed with the plane attacks. I have to agree with you though that I am tired of seeing all the blood and gore. I really like the way it sounds good job and keep writting.

    Very good poem. Sadly, this is our reality today. Wars are...bad. But bad people don't know it! That's why they don't ever end Great poem, love it.

    I wish it would end to

    But I have a terrible gut feeling that when its time to bring our boys home then we will see terrible things happen . I just have this feeling like I need to get ready somehow but dont know quite how
