Have you
Ever been at-ease
In staunched release-
That vain surcease-
The tacit comma, or
Absent pause, before
A clause; defining
Meter, without doors?
Syntactically self-syncopated
Caesura, all-but obviated
(Irony: incorporated)
A polysyllabic,
Zero-sum, poetic
Equilibrium?
Me neither.

Lol. This is great. Having had a nutty and pedantic English teacher, I understand every poetic-technique / structural word you used here. Maybe not something to be so proud of

Congratulations and good luck in the contest.

Hah. Intriguing. The ending... well... at least I understood the words.

I guess that's what dictionaries are for. -
This gave me a great big smile. I think I'm about to be reprimanded for my low-grade brand of intelligence, only to be slapped in the face with the simple and humourous ending line. Brilliant.

No, but I've seen this...have you ever talked to anyone with alzheimers?
