When You Died

Where are you? How can this be?
I thought that you would always be here with me?
This isn't supposed to happen you can't be dead,
I can't believe the countless tears I've shed,
Oh my God, help me why did this happen to you?
I just can't see why this has to be true...
So much death & so many changes taking place,
Maybe life is just one big race,
Its only a matter of time before I start to cry,
There is no way that you had to die,
You were so young the same age as I,
I'm lonely since you earned your wings to fly,
As You reach your new home that has been set just for you,
You got to touch your father's hand... and mine father's too.

Although I don't know the situation of this poem, I feel the hurt hitting me like hail stones. This was beautifully worded from a terribly sad situation. *sonya*
