The poet lifts his pen
To free the sleeping voice
A language cloaked in beauty
All thoughts now spill the ink.
And the turbulence of love and pain
Lay etched for all to see
A tapestry of dormant words
Are now flowing fast and free.

Smart
I like the continuing thought of waking the sleeping voice to weave a "tapestry of dormant words" into the second verse.

Sharon, Beautiful are the words of a poet as we all see within the halls of AP. It is wonderful to see that we are all becoming a part of this first endeavor. Keep that ink flowing. These are words to treasure. Love and God bless, Joyce
