There was a happy baby boy.
He had a mother and father.
Until a prophecy was made.
Then a Dark Wizard came.
And took the parents away.
Using an Unforgiveable curse.
He tried to kill the baby boy,
But the Mother's love protected him.
The Unforgivable curse went wrong.
The Dark Wizard was gone.
A scar was left on the boys forehead in the shape of a lighting bolt.
He is known as The Boy Who Lived.
You may ask who I'm talking about.
I'll gladly tell you, it's true.
It's Harry Potter,WHOO-HOOO!!!!!!!
Author notes
I can't wait until the movie and book comes out.

Gotta feel sorry for Harry having to have a childhood like this. But, as we know, he becomes a great wizard and a clever and dear friend. I love Harry Potter too, it's well worth reading and now I am kinda sad as have no more books to look forward to buying. Guess have to focus on the films now
. Nice write, great sum up of the start of Harry Potter, almost a good synopsis for Philosophers/Sorcerers Stone. Great write and good luck!

LOL This poem totally shows the excitement we Harry Potter fans have been feeling lately (especially the last line)!! Great job and good luck keeping sane (I'll need it too)
