My friends are few,
Some old and new,
I love them all,
But you,
Dear Rhondasail,
My all times dearest friend,
I'm not mature enough ,
Not half so smart,
To say that you are,
One of the finest arts.
As great a poet as you are,
As Kind and soft and sweet,
I think, you are the best I have,
To feel so proud ...that’s it.
I‘ve learned a lot from you my friend,
I’ve learned a lot indeed,
You taught me how to choose the words,
Like Pushkin, Byron, Keats.
You are my teacher and my friend,
You are my Lana turner,
You sing me songs, and read me poems,
You write for me…what an honor!
I thank you thus for being so kind,
I thank you for your love,
I thank you but I know as well,
I can’t thank you enough,
For all your lovely words and thoughts,
For all your poetic beauty,
My words are not enough yet I,
Do write these as my duty.
