As the darkness folded gently
Distant skylines greeted blackness
And no longer a significant line
The horizon faded like a trend

The nocturnal wings spring open
Pulsing rhythms through the night
Darkness breathes with subtle music
Nature’s symphony fills the air

There alone I sat observing
My eyes like pools of liquid love
I felt a sure of pure brilliance
While inside I burned with life
