~♥ ~I Love Him ~♥~

I see your smiling face,
Slowly,
Carefully,
Leaning in to steal a kiss,
As we lay silently under the starry sky.

Laying gently in your arms,
Emotions swirling in my head,
And my heart rate accelerates,
As you hold me tighter,
And whisper I love you in my ear,
As I whisper I love you too,
But, Never let go,
And you hold me tighter still,
As I rest my swimming head on your heart.

Drifting off as the sleepless nights overwhelm me,
You kiss my forehead gently as i sleep,
As you carry me inside,
Stroking my cheek so gently,
As my head meets the pillow,
And you take a minute to gaze at my sleeping face,
Before laying beside me,
And drifting off to sleep yourself.

In the morning I woke up alone,
Wondering where you are,
I walk outside in the cold in only a t-shirt,
Sitting quietly beside you on the porch ledge,
I shivered violently, my arm jerking yours,
Within seconds I was wrapped up in your arms,
And before I could snuggle into your chest I was inside,
Being wrapped in blankets before i could utter a protest,
Then carried back to my bed and layed back down,
You turned to leave,
I cried out..."No! Dont Go!",
I sat up quickly and my world started spinning,
And the ground moved closer towards me,
You were there so quickly,
You caught me like I was a featherweight,
And you held me close as we layed on the bed,
I slipped in and out of time,
Eventually falling asleep in your arms.

And when I woke up,
You were there smiling down at me,
And I reached out for your loving hug,
Felt my heart soar as you embraced me,
The feelings as strong as the first time we were together,
And baby never forget this,
In your arms I feel safe,
In your arms I feel cared about,
In your arms I feel loved,
In your arms I feel beautiful,
In your arms I feel stronger,
In your arms I am held up when I'm weak,
In your arms I will always stay,
Because my love for you will last forever,
And I will never let it go away,
I Love you.
