Left, Left, Leftt Right (Revise)

Left Right Yo' Right Left
The constant call of the daily dull....
Marching here and there, never knowing where....
With a blank and empty stare, but inside he fells someone there....
The seargent shouts "Mail Call", his stomach twists into a ball...

Left Right Yo' Right Left
Hoping for a letter, that would make his day better....
"Franks, Hector, Jason, Jared"....
His heart skips a beat, for this unforeseen treat....

Left Right Yo' Right Left
He rips it open, not knowing hes sealing his own coffin...
It's from her, it causes him inside to stir....
It's amazingly short, causing his heart to contort...

Left Right Yo' Right Left
Shes met a guy named John, she says its time to move on...
His heart fills with grief, for which there is no relief....
Now lost, his heart felling the cost.
A call goes out,"TIME TO MOVE OUT"!

Left Right Yo' Right Left
He packs his bag and cuts the slag....
For now they roll out, and the others scream and shout....
Now he has much more weight, of which he has no choice to take...

Left Right Yo' Right Left
Now, going door to door, clearing each floor.
Trying to keep his mind clear, pushing off the fear.
Pushing fear aside, and keeping stride.
Knowing hes counted on, from dusk till dawn.

Left Right Yo' Right Left

This was such a great poem though. It was true and sad and gosh okay i am sapping out. Today, the other day, I met someone in umm. The camp in Cali. Not only it made mem think of our troops, but the fear and heart break that our soldiers have to deal with as well. I hope he's okay. This was so sad.
