Death’s angel makes mistakes
Death’s angel shows its evil form in its mistakes
Hit or miss
Kill and kill again
Careless evil spirits after your soul
It’s findings less than satisfying
Instincts may tell one to run & hide
And some say it’s the strong that survive
But what about the hindered spirit
The tormented soul
Where is this soul left when death’s wrath falls
So strong outwardly, yet so lost inside
Everyone loves you
Perfection is anything but seen, though
Is it what’s reaped that was sown
A mockery you’ve made that came back to slap you in the face
Was your soul at peace when death succeeded in its mission
I can only hope
Who knew the life & death of a stranger
Could invoke in me what you have
Author notes
Sharett- Silversunshine
The day before she died, the vehicle she was riding in struck a small child whose last name was the same as hers & killed him. She believed that she was meant to die that day, not the child. Her inevitable death came the following day. This is a true story.
