Blood
Leaking from the creases
Of the cracks on my lips
I smile to you
With it dripping down my chin
Terror fills within [you]
You never understood
Why I never smiled
I only smile
When the pain is overwhelming
Because this is my release
You have caused me so much pain
And now a blood soaked smile
