It's time to let go of the past,
And move on to another life.
So sick of all the pain,
It's time to run away.
I'm letting go of you and me,
And dropping the love you gave.
For you to be one with me,
You'd have to change your ways...
And for me to ask that of you,
Is unthinkable to a human mind.
If love conquers all,
Then to conquer the world you will.
But if love is to defeat the heart,
That it has already done.
You wounded and bruised my soul,
And tortured my body and mind.
You're the reason I'm running away,
And closing the door to the world.
My heart once belonged to thee,
But I have boughten it back.
The price I paid for it,
Was the price of losing my life.
In losing my life for freedom,
I gained my future away from you...
I paid my dutiful price,
I signed it in my blood.

I thought it was wonderfully writen and I was really loving the or the pace if you will of this particular write/poem lol...these were my fav. lines
