now for a COMPLETELY random topic that i just thought of. where have all of the hurricanes been this year? i've not remembered even one to date. not that i care, as i know they're not good for those who live in the areas, but i can't seem to recall a yaer where there hasn't even been one. -

yeah, because i remember hearing the normal garble about how it'll be an "above normal year" for the atlantic, and yet i've yet to hear of one. not even a tropical storm. that's pretty awesome. pretty blessed after these last few years of storms. -

mmm, that's what i'm thinking.
these last few years have been pretty bad, if i do remember correctly. though i've not much to compare them to, as those were really the first few years i was even much attentive to such things, being too young to really listen prior to that. funny how certain things are like that; you're not sure if it's the norm, or if they're abornormal, as you're too young to really have much to compare things with. -
