Bringin' you joy, but later causin' your pain.
I feel it, and I know you felt it the same.
I spin around looking for the person to blame.
I end up facin' a mirror, and all I can say is dang,
I did this to me, but not just me, to you too.

I wish I could just say I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you.
But thats one thing my pride just won't let me do.
So talk to me, how do we fix this, how do we salvage this mess?
Its like we're drowning in the water crying out in distress.
Its like a bad dream, except we're never gonna wake up.
Even if we did, theres no way I could ever make up,
Everything I did, every single day.
Not like it matters much now anyway.
So lets stop thinking about the now and the here,
Look to the future to see if there's anything there.
I ain't talkin' about a newfound love,
Cus' last time, when push came to shove,
I ended up pushing you away.
Whats in my heart is a reminder every day.
But the ball's in your court now, so whatcha gonna do?
Pretty sure I thought of everything, but try to give me somethin new.

Interesting words with lots of emotions. Something I think don't exist in most rap songs. I wish I could actually hear this in a rap tune.

I liked it. The flow of it was pretty good and it made a lot of sense. It's wierd cuz i don't even listen to rap much anymore but this was pretty good. Nice Job!
