When you wrote this, I am not sure you knew in what sense she would be soaring, but she is indeed soaring above the physical plain, to a place, where she is safe, her dreams are not haunting and her faith, is more powerful than it has ever been.
I love you and I hope that you will smile for the life she lived and for the strong woman she was.

This is inspirational to the maximum! I love it because I was as you describe and now am beginning to fly like an eagle. Did you know that the Theological scholars call John (the apostle) 'The Eagle' because his book takes a point of view from soaring above. I studyed it in Theology and had to write an assignment on it.
I just read it again because the title 'Like An Eagle You Will Soar' really leaps out at me.

Wow this is amazingly good! I know you wrote it for someone but the words have deep meaning for me. I am recovering from things and sometimes think I'm going too slowly but I read this and it doesn't matter. He has me and he loves me so I'm very glad you wrote this to remind me of that.

THis is a beautiful and motivational piece. I really liked it because it helps me in some sorts with what I am going through. I can relate to this except for the part about being a mother and wife. Thank you for your comments and Your writing is awesome. I look forward to reading more.

Thank you so much for that poem...I am amazingly intrigued by poems and by lyrics that touch on the idea of wings and flying...You do an amazing job here teaching how to fly on wings like eagles. To me your poem says, "the only way to learn how to fly is to have faith (faith means complete trust); believe that you can fly, and you will." That is so powerful...God has revealed something to you that is amazing...It also says to me, "Even though we have times where we're feeling down, we will rise again, and fly on wings like eagles." There is so much in this little bit you have written. This poem truly brings me into the presence of God...Thank you...

Wow!! This is a beautiful read and has been wonderfully written. I especially love the last line: "like an eagle you will soar" because it really puts across very strong images of freedom, and breaking free of things that are weighing you down.
