Darling let's have a teaparty
We can invite all your "friends" and their
b-b-b-b-ooooze
Get them good and hammered,
We can be perfect amidst madness
Sipping from wax cups
and blood dripping from the pointed end of our tongues
The scent of clammy skin resting on our hearts
We can be tied together
Our greedy lips meshing
'Till the cheshire rat ruins our amazing disaster
And points us on the road home

This is a really good poem. I love the underlying tones of alice in wonderland and how the entire thing ties in together. Congratulations on a great write and good luck.

And I do believe I'm in awe. This is a completely amazing piece. I liked the idea of a cheshire rat, rather than a cat, very interesting
and I really liked the imagery of the line "Sipping from wax cups". It was just a beautiful piece all 'round. Thank you for entering
