Oh God
you know
I promote spectacle
to witness this
creation
since my eyesight
is soft
my spectacle serves me
to discern
your earth
while a faith in you
is contrasting
spectacle of mine
as my comprehension
to know you
is infirm
this spectacle
favor me to eyewitness
yonder to your sky
Oh God...

Wonderfully penned
This is an awesome piece. How can we witness the greatness and vastness of creation in our won humaness? It would be impossible.
Your humility is wonderful in this poem. I am honored that you wrote this form my contest. Thank you so much for your entry.

Feels like this says: 'I cannot see as clearly as you, God, help me to use your vision'...wonderful imagery and, as always a comforting presence of Love overarcing all...Peace, Rhonda

WOW!
Spectacular work here poet! I love the images this brought to me. It's as if I saw through your eyes the magic of God's creations. The graphic you've chosen is wonderful and accentuates the poetry beautifully.
