I sit by a pool of liquid sky
My reflection wrinkles as the wind whispers by
My rock sails across the water
A skipping, bouncing rambler
Yet amidst all this peace something seems awry
Ripples start and distort the sky
Across the sky a rich beam slashes
The vibrant light waves and flashes
The azure sky across it dances
Its free spirit sways and glances
As the starry sky twinkling sashes
The northern lights waltzing romances
This beauty untamed renders
The world mealy textures
A moving picture on a starry canvas
All the world breathless, pious
This Goddess holds beauties and wonders
She is the Aurora Borealis
