Almost every time I listen to the radio
Very often they play my favorite song
Relatively new, it gets me
In the mood to dance, which is a
Little difficult because of the seat beat in the car
Later on, I can't get the song out of my head
A ring is left in my ear from the
Volume of that electric guitar solo
I look up the lyrics on Yahoo
Giving up most of my computer time learning the song
Now people say I can do a pretty good imitation
Every time, that woman's voice sing in the back of my head.
Author notes
I just found this randomly and decided to enter. Avril Lavigne is one of my favorite artists, so here it is.
I know, the rhythm is kind of irregular, and it's a prose, but it was all I could think of immediately.
(Did you know she's Canadian? Just a random fact.)
("Avril" is also French for the month of April.)
