In hope I watched, dawn opened her hand
pale blue touched by rose end fingers;
across golden hues to blushing skies,
where shimmering water touched land.
The glorious place on which we stand
where scent of honeysuckle lingers
doves softly render their mourning cries
sunrise weaves celestial strand;
nothing more to want, none to demand,
a picture complete. Catching dewy stringers
born light to dark in tearless good byes
‘neath orange glows splendidly spanned.
You were there too, asleep on the sand
wakening kiss from winged singers
lilting a morning smile to your eyes;
to hold my heart, in sweet remand.
In hope I watched, dawn opened her hand
pale blue touched by rose end fingers;
across golden hues to blushing skies,
where shimmering water touched land.

Bountiful~Beuatiful...
I have enjoyed the reading of "In Hope" for its aesthetic qualities, subject dealt, and poetic sublimity.
I would revise the third stanza to give it more fluency and rhythm.
In respect and admiration,
