she won't tell me
whats wrong
all I know is
somethings up
I wish I could help her
but she won't let me
she thinks I won't believe her
I guess thats what it is
she doesn't think I'll help her
but I would
no matter what it is

I don't want him caught up
in all my stupid problems
hes not one I want to lose

or my crazy issues

Man, i can really relate to this.. both the blocking out and the being blocked out. It's a simple poem, but it speaks of something that is very true to the core of human nature. I also like the way you interpreted the title, nice approach, well done. Thanks for your entry and good luck!

this is an awesome poem and i love how you have written this. a lot of people dont tell others what is going on because they think no-one will believe them or help them, and its sad and hard to be the person who wants to help. great poem. good luck in the contest and keep writing
