A funny thing my daddy said
A little too much sugar
A song stuck inside my head
A book I read when I was bored

A picture that somebody drew
Of a boy and girl with hands entwined
Thinking of a flower I saw
A dream I had the other night
An idea pops into my brain
I grab a pen and start to write
