we dived, with love,
in the Mediterranean;
our feet tickling
fish fins, (& each other);
the emotions danced in schools
all around our cheeks, our hair
& your superior beauty;
dazzling me,
you were a Goddess of the Seas,
the inquisitive blue water
painting your skin
a seductive hue.
& my heart throbbed, big as a whale,
when I finally got
my undersea kiss.
