wasn't it splendid?
as it moved in a fashion awkward,
not a morbid but a feeling forward.
A bard dance I did partake,
yes a Romance make no mistake,
a Lady placid like mornings near a calming Lake,
a young lass that I did not fake.
Eye repeated visions crayonic cradle,
sweet golden skin sample as sweet as Diddle Daddle,
one whose percolating presence inspires wedding cattle.
Eye was fond,
so like a Prince frog from yonder pond . . .
a kiss I gave to her my Venus,
& did I turn into Prince Genus,
instead be'frog'ed was I,
& she a Lady I. . .dearly.
Please tell me what you think

This was a fun read, felt a bit like abstract poetry and I must admit
I saw the title and thought of "false eyelashes"...so I was intrigued and you delivered a fabulous and fun write. Excellent work and my pleasure to read
