I am always looking around
And I always see but two things
The people that surround me

When I don't get a chance to talk
To be friendly

A synonym for desperate
Its taken a while
Because there is just one...
Incomplete
I am incomplete
And this wise girl
That I love to death
Keeps telling me
"Just wait and she will come"
It always angers me
But in the end
I hear her voice repeating herself
She doesn't know huw much it helps
Its saved me
On multiple occasions
I just hope this time
Its in time
Do I know the punishment of being desperate?
Yes I do
As well as being
In state of depression
Friendless, exiled and ostrasized
Am I desperate?
No
I am incomplete
Of the only thing
That can keep me alive
Something less obvious
On list of human
Need for survival
Love

pain is NOT something humans have to live with their entire lives, because happiness they achieve, and when they do.....that's when they become truly HUMAN.

you get through not having love, and you end up with the incompleteness that you live with, that you accept. you end up with pain, that, despite what others may say, never really fades away.

awww... this is such a sad poem and i loved your descriptive words through out this poem but what does ostrasized mean? but anyways lovely poem. i should really get back to my contest though.
