You say that
you're just misunderstood,
Yet you do
nothing about it...
You say that
it's not you're fault,
But you don't try to prove it...
You yell
and say you're tired of the lies
you just won't accept the truth...
Everything you do
is always
different than you're "beliefs"
and through all this
you're still a silk Rose
you're still always going to be,
my silk Rose...
I still
make myself believe
that you'll be there for me
but you never show...
Suddenly my dream is dying
and all that's left of me
is my single silk Rose...
My silk Rose,
that is wilting,
dying,
all that's left of me
It's all gone
my Rose has wilted
and My life has passed by...
Just like you did
my single silk rose
everything has changed

A great poem. I like the way this poem looks. A good use of free verse style. Free style is a lot easier then the rhyming style. Free style is the freedom of however you the writer wants to write out own style.
