If I were an Angel'
I would watch over you,
all of the time.
Not just when you sleep,
but all day and night'
to keep you safe,
and at Peace'.
I would guide you'
right where you should go,
and in case you didn't know'
I would be holding your hands,
following right beside you.
I will show you the way,
to a 'heavenly-place'.
If only I were an Angel'
I could stand beside you,
all of the time'
with a keen and watchful-eye.
I would make the whole world right,
for you,
every single day,of your-life...
