Rain drums on the roof,
An unending beat,
An accompanient to,
My utter defeat,
I tried to overcome it,
To stop being bored,
I staved it off for a short time,
But now it's restored,
I played every board game,
Helped mum to cook,
Tidied my room,
Even read a book!
But the activities ran out,
One by one,
Now there's nothing left,
Rainy days are no fun.
