Angel Food Cake

Now sift your sugar, salt and flower
It will all be done, in about an hour
Beat egg whites with cream of tarter
Fold it in carefully for a starter

Now turn into a ten inch pan
It's so simple a child can
Bake in an oven at three seventy five
In about forty minutes, it will come alive

There’s nothing easier you can bake
Then a yummy, tasty Angel Food Cake
