With heart as cold as stone you smile within your rage
Afraid to let someone in - you die inside your cage
With slash marks across your skin and blood upon your lips
Your soul darkens once again - forever an eclipse
You hate being alone but you can't seem to trust
You're a failure at life and it's death that you lust
Picking at wounds so that they'll never really heal
Your habbits annoy me cause you don't know how to deal
You betray the ones you love and you hide behind pride
You deserve every tear; Every time that you've cried
You look in the mirror and deny what is true
We scowl at one another - Because I am you

Wow…I love the flow of your poem…and its rhyme too…I feel anger and sadness on each and every line of your poem… but though you look in the mirror and see a different you…I hope you find the inspiration to accept what you are and change for the better…

I am sorry you feel this way. I wish I could help. It is all in how we see ourselves. If this is how you see yourself, this is hopw you will be. You can change your attitude but only if you want to change.
